Dr. Kimberly Henry serves as Director of Military Personnel Division at Ft. Carson, she has oversight of policy and performance of human resources, readiness, mobilization, force structure, manpower management, equal opportunity, equal employment opportunity and other critical matters as part of the MPD.
Dr. Henry has over 20 years ofexperience with Human Resources and related skills of resume writing, interviewing techniques, and social platforms. She graduated from University of the Rockies with a Ph.D. in Philosophy Organizational Development and completed her MBA at the University of Phoenix. She retired in 2005 with 23 years of active service and entered the civilian workforce where she is responsible for the hiring of employees, her current workforce population is 70 personnel. She has experience in resume review, interviewing, and the final hiring selection.
