Deon is a people-helping professional! She has assisted many people through transitioning times during their lives to include career transitions. She is highly skilled in teaching and training job searching skills and techniques and provides support through the change process! She is certificated as a mediator and facilitated conversationalist and is focused on helping others overcome barriers.
She has worked with the military population for over 15 years to include the government civilian population. Workforce development has been her specialty for the last several years and she is currently working with individuals focusing on their next career goal. Both her graduate and undergraduate degrees are in Sociology.
