Christine (Chris) Felber is a veteran when it comes to client advocacy. Her 30+ years in various customer service management roles, Chris is focused on meeting client and company goals and project deliverables while juggling multiple priorities, to include internal teams and vendor partners. Her professionalism has led her to trusting relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers across public, private and non-profit industries.

Chris’ greatest passion is delivering quality outcomes, with her keen eye for proofreading and editing from her background in marketing, advertising, print production, communications and journalism. Her philosophy is aimed at continuous improvement, harnessing technology to build methodologies to save time and money.
