Ann has over thirty years of experience interviewing and hiring young employees from a diverse background in the Profit and Non-Profit business sector. She has spent most of her adult life hiring, mentoring and educating new and potential employees on what it takes to succeed in the healthcare and financial fields as well as the extensively working in the not-for-profit fields.
Her experience and successes have enabled her to develop successful high-performance teams wherever she works and she has done so from the ground up, from job/position development to recruiting to hiring and through supervising. Her success is based on her ability to hire the right people for the right job and keeping them motivated to be the most successful employee they can be.
With a foundation in education and development Ann has used her skills to her benefit outside of the classroom to find those best suited for the positions she was filling.
Ann earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a master’s degree in sports administration from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
